Delivery Policy

Name Badges and accessories.  After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY or Paypal containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few hours of ordering.

DELIVERY TIMES

All our name badges are sent via Toll Priority. Typically badges are delivered overnight to the majority of the country, however some locations can take up to 2 days.

We also have the option of badges being sentTvia Australia Post for small orders of 1 to 3 badges. Just ask us if you would prefer this method.

Toll Overnight Satchel
Our Toll Overnight Satchel is delivered via courier and typically overnight. There are times when delivery can take up to 2 day. There are also some remote locations that can take longer and incur an additional fee. You will be advised of the costs when you enter your postcode into our shipping calculator at checkout.

All Toll Overnight Satchels are tracked and require a signature on delivery. We ask that you provide a business address for delivery and ensure that there is someone at the office during business hours for collection. You will be advised the day of sending the package. If you aren’t available for delivery we can give an authority to leave the package at your premises.

The times indicated above refer to the time you approve the artwork, not the time you place the order. We will always send a proof of your badges with every order and will only proceed with the order once confirmation has been received.

Damage or loss in transit is rare however if it happens we will take responsibility for it. Please call or email us to organise the return of damaged goods or to report that a parcel has not arrived.
